Default How to request photos of an artist's work from a business?

Creating form letter to several businesses and personal owners of an artists
previous work. The artist is creating a portfolio that spans 15 years. Art
work has been donated to hospitals, libraries and churches across the
midwest. Art work has also been purchased by several private owners as well.
I need to create a letter that will request digital photos if available or
time to come in and take photograph of artwork at business or owners
convenience. Help!

This newsgroup is designed to advise on the technical aspects of using Word,
not to give advice on the *content* of documents written in Word. It is not
the best place to ask your question. Search the web for examples (using
Google at http://www.google.com/ or another search engine), or use your
imagination.

Itıs possible that the MS-hosted bank of templates by MS and third parties
will offer something:
