Default how do I save an image made up of multiple components?

help please- novice word user, created an image using multiple clipart and
word art components, and would like to able to save as an image for future
use.

PrintScrn and open MSPaint.
Edit - paste.
Save image, whole or part as BMP, JPG, whatever.
