hi there i have a problem when pressing 'ENTER' instead of the cursor goes down only one space , the cursor goes down several spaces . how can i do to solve this problem.thanks

Possibility 1: Check Format Paragraph to see if you've inadvertently
switched on multiple line spacing.

Possibility 2: Check File Page Setup Layout to see if you've set
Vertical Alignment to justified (should be TOP for most purposes).

Paul,

Enter in Word "start a new paragraph" the spacing between paragraphs is a is
determined in by the Style in use or direct paragraph formatting. Check the
spacing "Before" and "After" your paragraph with FormatParagraphIndents
and SpacingSpacing.
