Default Validation lists

Dear All,

I have a validation list containing a list of part numbers. I would like
the source data to contain a blank cell at the END of the list. Is there an
easy way of doing this? I find that only empty cells in the middle of the
source data are recognised.

Any ideas?

thank you,

Danny

The only way I could get the last (blank) cell in the list to be omitted was
if it was beyond the last used row in the sheet. Having some data in that
cell or another cell on the same row at the time you set up the list should
result in the list displaying the blank, even if you subsequently clear that
cell.
