Default Is there a way to make the enter button work as regular enter in c

I want to use my enter button as a regular enter button within a cell. I do
not want to move the cursor, I want to go to the next line like in typing
normally.
I have cells set to wrap text
I have unchecked the option of moving cursor when enter is hit
what else do i need to do?
Thank you
(I don't know anything about adding a macro -- if this needs one it would be
helpful for me to know EXACTLY wehre to go and how to do it Thanks!)

Alternatively,
Tools Options Edit "Move selection after Enter" Direction = Down.

No, that moves him down to the next cell. He found the answer already.
