Filter Bday list by month

I have a form where the persons name and birthday and the spouse name and
birthday and anniversary are entered. I want to be able to run a report and
print all birthdays and anniversaries for the month of [Enter month] how
would i set up the query / report to show this information?

Assuming that you have a field named "birthday",
add a column in your query design and enter:

DatePart("m",[birthday]) AS Mth, tblMy Table.Birthday

for the criteria of that same column, put:

[Enter MONTH 1-12]
