e2k, windows 98 and outlook 2000? :/
Hello,
I'm trying to setup exchange 2000 account on my laptop (using windows 98 and outlook 2000). When I setup the mailbox I put in the server name, and the account name - than I click 'check name' button and I'm prompted for username, domain and password. I enter the data and my account is recognized correctly. The problems start when I launch the Outlook - I enter the password and after 20-30 second I can hear a short beep without any error message. A few seconds later I'm getting a message that there's a problem with connecting to the exchange server. I can ping the server, and on another computer with win2k and o2k everything works smoothly. Any ideas how to solve the problem? Tnx in advance for clues. best regards Lukasz Szczepanski |
