Default Office 2007

My hard drive crashed and when I went to reinstall Office Home and Student
2007, it starts up fine but stops at:
"Setup can not find OneNote.en-us\OnoteLR.cab. Browse to a valid
installation source, and then click OK."

But anything I attempt, does not work.

I am experiencing the same problem. Did you ever get your problem resolved?

Default Office 2007 Installation problems

Sorry to say no solution here - I'm having a very similar problem. The error
message I get is:

"Setup cannot find Excel.en-us\ExcelLR.cab. Browse to a valid installation
source and then click OK." Any folder I select from the options seems to be
classed as an "Invalid Location".

I'm not totally sure that the suite I bought is legitimate - there is a
spelling mistake on the licence and the booklet that came with the package
looks low quality for Microsoft - anyone have any views on this? I bought it
from a UK based seller on Ebay and then a package arrived from China - how
dodgy does that sound? I think I'll be dropping it off to trading standards
to check out soon.

Best wishes,
