Default Infopath 2007 over Office 2003 - Volume License Query

we have a fleet with office 03 (SP3) installation (including infopath 2003)
and we need to upgrade that to Infopath 2007, leaving all other office apps
at 2003. Im just trying to research the best way to do this.
I have a volume licensing key for the Office 2007 suite.

Couple of questions
- Can I use an Office 07 VL key for a standalone rollout of Infopath 07 or
does Infopath need to have its own license key ?
- I have read on MSDN that I require "volume license" media for installing
volume licensed office apps. Is this necessary or can I just download
Infopath 07 using our msdn subscription and use a VL key with that ?
- If at some point we need to rollout the rest of the Office 07 suite, does
it need to be done using the VL key that I used for Infopath 07 upgrade or
can different VL keys co-exist in Office rollout.

any advice on the best way to go about this would be apreaciated

Contact Microsoft directly. We are not MS employees so any answer we give
you is worth what you paid for it.
