is it possible to just export reports from a data base to a sharepoint
website? I want to post a link that retrives data from an access database
but does not pull up the rest of the database just the report.
also i am using access 2003 if it makes a differance

Consider creating a snapshot from the Report, uploading that, and providing
each user with a Snapshot viewer, downloaded from the Microsoft site.

Alternatively, create an ADOBE Acrobat .pdf file of the Report. You can do
that by installing Adobe Acrobat (caution: prepare for some sticker shock),
or one of the several share-ware of free-ware packages. Or, you could visit
http://www.lebans.com and download his SNP2PDF, which IIRC contains
recommendations on PDF software.

With Access 2007, you can download a package from Microsoft allowing you to
save in PDF format.
