Importing Excel to the Org Chart Wizard Problems
I'm Using Excel 2007 and VISIO Pro 2007 with Windows XP. My excel spread
sheet contains 2 columns one with the names of the employees and the second with their corresponding Supervisors. I complete the questions from the wizard, identifying the "names" col and the "reporting to" col. When I get to the finish page of the wizard I get the message "Your organization data contains 45 entries that are not in the organization. Do you want to include them in your drawing ?". (There are a total of 45 names in the names col) If I answer "Yes" the 45 names appear on 45 separate sheets, one to a sheet. this happens on my computer at home and the same occurs on my work computer |
