Default Open Two Calendar Windows on Launch

Is there a way that I can launch Outlook 2003 and display my primary and a
secondary calendar, without having to open the secondary calender manually
each time?

If the other calendar is in your folder list, yes. Open the main calendar.
Now, in the Navigation Pane, right-click the other calendar and choose "Open
in New Window". You'll now have both calendars open. When you exist
Outlook, in the main window, click FileExit and Outlook will remember you
have both windows open and open them both again when it restarts.
