Default How to Sort Names within a Group

I keep all my addresses in the Main Book. I also have three Groups with
approx 350 names & addresses in each.

How do I Sort these Groups alphabetically?

What are you talking about? Computers these days can sort millions of
records within a fraction of a second. Can you elaborate on what exactly is
"Main Book"?

Are you talking about excel book?

The same way you sort the contacts in "the Main Book," by clicking on the
Name column header.
