Default Addressbook configurations

In Outlook 2000, SP3, why are some addresses shown as a name & some as actual
email addresses? There must be a setting somewhere that causes the
differentiation but I haven't located it.

You neglected to state the sort order you specified for the view.
Are you really still running Outlook 2000? If so, you'll need to be more
specific. Which mode are you running? Corp/Workgroup or Internet Mail Only?
