Mary and I both responded how you can use the Clip Art Gallery and Pub 2003.
Since you've asked this question again, specifically what don't you
understand?

You can put them on your hard drive, however you will have to manually create
keywords and put the clips in the appropriate categories. Open the Clip Organizer,
file, add clips, on my own, and browse to your 98 CD.

The best way is to install Publisher 98 in a separate folder on your hard drive, the
Gallery will be re-installed and the keywords and categories will be preserved.
