Default Synchronizing Outlook

My daughter has a mini notebook computer that she uses while travelling. She
needs to be able to synchronize her outlook contacts, calendars etc. from her
home office computer with the notebook before leaving, and upon returning.
Is there any way to do this easily/conveniently - she hates technology; we
call her a computer witch because she can just get near one and it may crash.

Default Synchronizing Outlook

Which mail account type does she use?
If she has a mobile phone, then she could use that as an intermediary as
most of them allow to be synced with Outlook as well.

Otherwise take a look at the following addins;

If you decide to order use 4PM76A8 to get a discount.

Actually she insists on using Outlook Express for her email. She's not so
concerned about sync'ing email, as she can use webmail for that, but she
needs to sync her contacts and calendars (her live is ruled by her outlook
calendar). I'll check out the links you sent. Thanks for them.
