Default Menubar listing open forms?

Hallo,

I made a menubar that lists all my forms. I open my forms maximized. Is
there a way to show the *active/open* forms and/or reports in a menubar
dropdown?

e.g. a user has customer and sales forms open. A menubar option listing
these forms would make switching between them easy. Else they have to close
customers to get to sales or visa versa.

Thanx for any help.

Regards,
Harmannus
