I try through publisher, go to file, print, and can't find the Distiller option to which Joann speaks of. If you don't have the printer called Adobe PDF listed in your printer options, you need to reinstall Adobe Acrobat 6 and be sure to choose the Adobe PDF printer driver and make sure it is installed. You may need to contact Adobe support for issues regarding that printer driver. Once the driver is installed, the process is different than it is in Microsoft Word. You need to go to File Print change printer to Adobe PDF Choose a file name for your pdf and then save/print. This is the same way Word does it, but you just press a button in Word, and it does all of the above for you. -- Brian Kvalheim Microsoft Publisher MVP http://www.mvps.org/publisher This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. |
