Top Ten Records Displayed by a value
You can set this in the actual query itself.
Open the properties window in the query design view and then you should see "Top Values" in the properties. Simply type in the number 10 in that property and you should be good to go. This can be a little unpredictable at times but it generally behaves as expected.
