Importing Outlook 2000 Contacts into Word Mail Merge
Does anyone know how to import a Outlook 2000 Contacts
list into a Word document for mail merge? I've setup a letter template and I want to use my Outlook Contacts list as the data source for the mail merge. I'm having difficulty making this happen. Also, I would like to select the contacts for my letters based on categories that I've created for them. How can I do that, as well? I appreciate all feedback. Thanks. |

No import is necessary.
Mail merges can easily be configured to use your Outlook Contacts as a data source. State your difficulty. You provided no information. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "brianpcallaghan (removethis) @comcast.net" wrote in message ...
