Our administrator develops our calendar using Outlook 2003. Our
director needs to hot sync his Clie to the same file at his computer
(also runnig Outlook 2003). How can I set this up? I cannot figure out
where to specify the default location of the calendar. I know that we
can export the file and import it into another computer, but I would
like to have a smoother process than that. Any insight would be
greatly appreciate. Thank You, Dan.

Thanks for the response. I didn't totally understand everything at
that link. I think I may not have been clear on my original question.
I have two users running Outlook 2003. How do they use the same
calendar file? They will not be using it simultaneously. Thank You.

These users are not on the same computer, correct? If not, there is nothing
built into Outlook 2003 to share data between computers; you'd need to add a
server program like Exchange (which is overkill for many small businesses),
or use one of the other suggestions listed on the page I sent you to. You
might also want to look at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for
synchronization ideas.
