how to embed a visual basic app into a ppt

I searched & just can't seem to find this answer. I have a completed project
for a class project that I need to present this coming Thursday in a virtual
classroom. The app is a fairly simple calculator that computes the number of
gals of paint needed to paint as rm. I really need to get a decent grade on
this & I was thinking of putting the application into a presentation in Open
Office, but how do I place the application within the presentation and get it
to function?
