Any way of locking the toolbars down in XP

p.s. I dont have access to normal.dot (secure network) but i can get if ness

The best that I've heard of being done, and what I do, is have a global
template (not normal.dot) with an AutoExec macro that sets their locations
and visibility.

Hi Jethro,

Not sure what you mean with "lock down", but look at the Protection
property.
Also not sure if your users will thank you if you do lock them down ;-)
