dumb mistake lost document
I have been working on a document for a couple of hours and accidentally clicked "No" at the question "Do you want to save changes". Can you tell me if there is a way to get the document back (or any part of it). Autosave has been switched on but I can't find any of the autosave files. Thanks very much. ------------------------------------------------ ~~ Message posted from http://www.WordForums.com/ |

Better luck next time. Ben |

There is no 'autosave' function in Word, and if you haven't saved the
document there is nothing to recover. See http://www.gmayor.com/automatically_backup.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP Web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site www.mvps.org/word awjones wrote: I have been working on a document for a couple of hours and accidentally clicked "No" at the question "Do you want to save changes".
