Default Deleting erroneous SP1&2 folders

I have two folders on my XP Home. They are called:
4144f0c26
and
e69b38f4e64f405bf1b154b7ddfaeaab

Inside each, there are SP1 and SP2. I think they were created when I
tried to install XP Home SP1 from the internet. Later, I got it on CD
and installed from there.

The folders are not in the root drive, nor in the Windows drive.
They are in the "Downloads" folder that I use for -- downlaods.

I can't delete them. When I boot to a different drive, I still can't
delete them.

How do I delete them?
