Default how to activate html within a publisher catalog

I am using Office 2007. I have an Access database which contains my
inventory items (item number, description, picture etc) and have a memo field
which contains the HTML code to generate a PayPal button with drop down
selection for case size.

I am trying to create a catalog merge in Publisher which will be read
electronically. I have no problem inserting the item description and photo
but I need someway of putting in the HTML so that when the catalog is opened
the user can select which size he wants to buy and then click the PayPal
button to complete his purchase.

Help!

Thank You
