Missing file?
I have Outlook 2003 as part of Office Small Business Edition 2003. At HP's
recommendation, I installed Outlook 2002 to synch with a new iPAQ and Outlook 2003 stopped working. I uninstalled 2002 and 2003 still didn't work. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall Outlook 2003 and now... When I try to install it says: Error 1311. Source file not found: C:\MSOCache\All Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\E2561412.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. And provides me choices Retry and Cancel. And of course retry doesn't work. I have done this with the original source CD in the CD drive and that doesn't work either. Help! Also, I can't tell if I still even have the old Outlook files. Have I lost my entire address book, calendar, and email? |
