list box and combo box

is there anyway i can synchronize my combo box and my list box in my form?
so that it limits my choose after a selection from the combo box..
then i need to have a multiple selection in my list box and filter it after
clicking
my filter button.
my combo box recordsource [Site Location]
my list box recordsource [Drawing Type]

any help would be of my great help
