Default Multiple sear criteria

Dear experts, in a work sheet i want four or five searching key cells with
subtotal.
suppose, i want to search with "StartDate and enddate" "Region", "Items",
"Name",and so on. remember that one or all of the searching keys will give
the result with subtotal.

thanking you in advance

Shah Alam,

Select the cells in your datatable on your worksheet, and use Data / Filter... Autofilter

Then from each dropdown, select the item as needed (date ranges, etc).

All SUBTOTAL formulas will update to give the required value based on the filtering.
