Adjusting the Alert Volume
I have a hearing problem - with most music and speech I can discypher what is
going on but some tones I can not hear. This is an issue with the alerts in Outlook. I recently started using the 2007 and this has been a huge issue, the alerts on 2003 were louder and more distinct. How can I adjust the volume? And if that isn't an option are there alert downloads that would work better? |

Adjusting the Alert Volume
The volume is set in the wav file but you can change the alerts to sounds
you can hear better. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
