Cannot open PST Files - error "File access denied. . ."
Running Outlook 2007.
Upgraded Operating system from XP to Vista. Could not upgrade and retain old settings so I did a Clean Install. Now. I can not open any of my PST files in outlook. Error: File access is denied. You do not have permission required to access the file D:\folder\filename.pst. How do I fix this.

I took ownership if the Hard drive and the Sub Folders and is solved the
