Outlook 2007 Beta Can't open email problem
I have just installed the 2007 beta and all are working fine except Outlook.
It works fine as long as I read mail in the preview pane. But when I double click an email to open it in a new window the first one will open fine ans when I try to open another one I get the "Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." error. It doesn't matter how I open it. I can close the window and double click another email, or I can use the previous or next item arrow. Both yeild the same result. The only way around it is to close and then reopen Outlook and I will again be able to open 1 email in it own window. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks |

Outlook 2007 Beta Can't open email problem
Make sure you have all your add-ins disabled. Most likely they will need to
be updated to be compatible with Outlook 2007. Don't forget about any virus scanner that might be integrating with Outlook. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more ----- "bojacks" wrote in message ...
