Outlook won't open after using it 2 times
I've tried several different approaches, but each time I turn on the computer
I'm asked if I want to start in safe mode or not. If I do, then I get a message that "Outlook Express" (which I don't use) is not my default email. Then I get another window about subscribing to rss feeds, which I don't have. After using Outlook 2 times I can no longer open it, regardless if I go safe mode or not. I have Office 2007 Professional which was installed as an ungrade from Office 2000. I tried to reinstall the Outlook from the disks, but I was told I could only upgrade. If there is no solution to this problem, should I take out 2007 altogether, reinstall 2000 and then put 2007 back on. If I do go this route, then what happens to my email files? |

Have you created a new Profile, added a new data file, then the accounts &
tested them? Create the new profile using the mail applet in the control panel "wja" wrote in message ...
