Styles: [1] copying; [2] define-by-example
Hi people. Two questions.
1. This must be simple but it eludes me completely. When I define a custom style and realize I want to be able to use it elsewhere, how do I export it to another document or template? 2. Does Visio have an equivalent to Word's "Style by example"? Meaning, you could manually format a shape and tell the program to make those attributes become the style. Thanks in advance. -- Mark Tangard, Microsoft Word MVP "Life is nothing if you're not obsessed." --John Waters |

Apply the style to a shape or master and copy that to another document.
I don't think there is any way to do define-by-example. -- Mark Nelson Microsoft Corporation This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
