Default Items move automatically off screen...

I have received a Visio drawing that when I open the file, the items
are diplayed in the correct positions on the page. After exactly 1
second the items move off the page and are displayed to the side. Any
ideas? I can forward the document to you if it would help (size =
80kb).
Thanks in advance
Jacko

Hello,

Please try this:

Under Tools - Options, you may find an option: Enable Automation Events.
Remove the tick mark for that before opening the required visio file. Then
kindly open the required visio file and verify the status. Please
re-enable the setting after working on the required visio file.

Regards,
Jagadeesh.P,
Microsoft.

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately when I removed the tick from the
Enable Automation Events option on the tools menu, resaved the doc and
reopened it. The text boxes didn't appear 'on' the page at all
(previously they were there for one second) before moving off the page
they were just displayed 'off' the page.
Regards
Jacko
