Total process duration

I am flowcharting a process and I have task duration for every step of the process. I am entering all of the task duration information into the custom properties dialog box and I want to know how do I graphically show all of the task duration on the flow chart and role of the individual task durations so that I know how long the process takes

An excellent question. The easiest thing would be to show the custom
properties as text fields in the shapes. There is a utility that will help
you do this called Label Shapes. Go to Tools Add-ons Run Add-on and
choose Label Shapes.

Thank you for your help. One more question though, how do I Calculate the
total process time and graphically represent the entire timeline on the
process flow chart?

Hmm, that would be more complicated. You can create a timeline diagram and
paste the timeline into your flowchart. I'm not sure how you could get the
timeline to automatically synchronize with the items in the process
properties.
