Click the link I posted and read the article it brings up; the article will
tell you how to replace the file. You shouldn't lose any data, the missing file is the service provider, not the actual address book. Be sure to set the search tool to look in system folders and hidden files
and folders. If you still can't find it, it may, indeed, be missing; if it is missing, try proceeding with the re-install and skip the rename part of the article.
