Customize the Places Bar (Common Dialogs) in Office XP
TweakUI can be used to customize the Places Bar (Common Dialogs) in Windows.
That is the dialog box you get when you select Save, Save As, or Open. There are 5 slots on the Places Bar. You can change them to whatever you want in TweakUI. WINDOWS XP DEFAULT PLACES BAR Recent Desktop My Documents My Computer My Network Places WINDOWS XP CUSTOM PLACES BAR (TweakUI) My Computer My Network Places My Documents Shared Documents Desktop OFFICE XP DEFAULT PLACES BAR History My Documents Desktop Favorites My Network Places The Places Bar in Office does not get changed when I customize my Windows Places Bar in TweakUI. Is there way to customize the Places Bar in Office? |

For Office XP you can modify the Places Bar either through the User Interface or the Registry http://support.microsoft.com/default...us;282087&FR=1 or with one of the 3rd party tools such as those at http://www.officeboosters.com/ ========== "SeaMaid" wrote in message ...
