Down Arrows in Subform Header
I have several databases that were created in Access 2003 and earlier.
Several have forms where the main form is one record and the subform has several records. For instance, the header record would have a trip number, truck number and driver. The subform would have all the stops for that trip. Now, I just was updated to Office 2007, including Access 2007. In Access 2007, it has added a Down Arrow to the right of each column header in the subform. If you click on this, it gives you choices to sort by that field, etc. The problem is that it obliterates part of the name of the field. I would have to go and resize several fields on several forms. Personally, I don't want users to have the access of this as there is a specific reason for the order of these records. So how do I turn this feature off? Thanks for any help you can provide, David |
