Default Adding the "QUARTER" option to your calendar

I have Microsoft Office Professioanl 2003 and it had the quarterly option in
my calendar along with daily, weekly, monthly & yearly. As I was veiwing 2007
for Small Business calendar, the "quarterly" option is not available. How do
I turn on the quarterly option fro 2007?
