Can't save image files from newsgroup in original format

here's one that is befuddling me........when I right click an image (from a
newgroup) and try to save the image file, OE does not see the original file
name, or type, and wants to save the file as untitled.bmp.

Any suggestions on this one??

See if this helps:

Clear the Temporary Internet Files. In IEToolsInternet Options
Delete Files button. And check the box to Delete Offline content.
