Visio 2000 restarts automatically after close

Dear all,
When I close Visio 2002 to stop the program, it
automatically restart himselfs. Also, when I copy/paste a
Visio drawing into a Word dow and I save this doc, it
opens also automatically opens another Visio program.
After 4 savings, Visio is 4 times open. Is this a kowned
problem??

Hello,

Select START - RUN; type VISIO /R and click on OK button which will make visio to re-register and that may fix the issue.
