Default Visio 2003 Problem Opening a Visio 2002 Organisation Chart

Hi, when opening a Visio 2002 organisation chart in Visio 2003, I get the message entitled "Organisation Chart Converter" as follows:
"The organisation chart shapes in this drawing must be converted to work properly in the current version of Microsoft Visio. Click Yes to convert the shapes now. If you click No, the shapes in your drawing will not function correctly."

If you click Yes, then a progress bar appears and converts the chart. However, the chart does not look exactly as it should. Certain shapes have had their position types changed. For example, a vacant post is now displayed as a manager's post.

If you click No, then the organisation chart menu does not appear and you cannot change the properties of each shape.

Any ideas please?

I'm not sure what would cause this change, but you should be able to right
click on a shape and change the position type yourself to fix it.

Thanks Mark. Yes, I can click on a shape and change the position type to fix it. However, I have lots of org charts and the time I would need to spend to check and correct each one would be huge, so that is not really an option. I'd appreciate any further suggestions.
