Default Excel Graphs

I have 3 years of data that I want to graph. These are unit sales and price
by week. What is the best way to do this? I can get 2 years with a
columns/lines but can't seem to figure out how to include that third year.

How are the data laid out? If you have three columns:
WeekID Sales Price

XL should have no problem plotting as many rows as you have (well, subject
to certain limits, none of which are anywhere near 1,000 data points and 2
series).
