Default You Don't Have Appropriate Permission To Perform This Operation

Using Outlook 2010 Beta, Get this error warning when I try to send and receive.
Went to e-mail account settings, set everything up like I had in Outlook
2003, clicked "test account settings..." and all worked fine.
Go back into the outlook program and keep getting this warning. Go back into
account settings and my Logon Information (password) keeps coming up blank.
