Default paragraph spacing

Hi-- Anyone in MicroSoft come up with a solution to the extra spacing on the
last line of text in a paragraph yet? (Yes, I know, we can set it all to O,
but that doesn't help me in my actual publication, where I need to control
the number of points between paragraphs.)

This has been going on for at least two major releases. It would be
terrific to get it fixed - or an easy workaround.

Thanks!

It occurs to me this is a template phenomenon. Have you tried deleting the
built-in text box and replacing it with one of your own?
