Default re-installing Publisher on a new hard drive- is that ok?

My original hard drive is malfunctioning. The Geek Squad will reinstall a new
hard drive (warranty) on March 23, 2009.
I installed Publisher 2007 after I bought the PC. Will there be a problem
re-installing my Publisher software onto the new hard drive?

There shouldn't be any problem as long as you have the ProductKey.

Thanks for the reply. I was concerned, as I do the newsletter for my Lions Club.
