Default Organizational chart

I have done the Organizational chart in the Powepoint. How do I Import that
as a web page. I am aware that I can save it as a jpg. How do I have the
single element saved as a Hyperlink. Meaning, if I have the VP and then I
have Asst Sec and other subordinated under him. But When I save this file as
a web page, I want to make each boxes linked to: Hypherlink(to other page)

Thanks in advance for your spontaneous response

Default Organizational chart

I would skip the Organizational Chart tool and manually create it from
auto-shapes and connectors, but that is just me.

If you want to use the OrgChart sub-app in PowerPoint to build the image,
that is your call. To turn it into separate shapes that can then have links
attached, you will need to convert it a bit.

Select the org chart.
Edit = Cut
Edit = Paste Special = Enhanced Metafile (EMF) format
Select the image
Right click = Ungroup
Right click again = Ungroup again

Now you will have a collection of shapes, each of which can have a hyperlink
attached. Unfortunately, it is no longer an org chart and can not be edited
as one.

As a side note, you will probably get redundant overlaid shapes, so do all
you designing and editing before you convert to an EMF image file. You may
also get shapes made up of hundreds of grouped individual lines (gradients).
I don't know why it works that way, I just know it does.
