Default Add notes to the meeting request

How do I add a quick note to the meeting invitation? I want to give the
attendees dial in information for a conference call.

Default Add notes to the meeting request

You write in the white space.

If you have already sent the invitation to them and now you want to add the
note, make sure to send an update after you write in the white space.

If you want to insert an Outlook Note (sticky note) open the Meeting and use
Insert Item.
