The Upload of Calendar Failed the server returned an error
We do have internet all the time. I don't know about a firewall, but all
emails must go through our internal webmail server. Disclaimers are added automatically, that sort of thing. But like the first poster, I get a server error message when I try to upload the calendar (send - completed, receive - completed, upload - failed...) and I cannot send an email granting permission. Again, it gives a server error and the email won't even go. Do you think I should try the Microsoft help desk? -- Jackie "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: Do you have internet all the time? It's possible your corporate firewall is blocking access to the microsoft servers. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Apparently, our server intermittantly accesses the Microsoft server. We use something like a POP3 account?? I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but my IT people could offer no solution. I guess it was just a fluke that the first time I tried, it worked. I have no suggestions for you other than to check if it is a similar situation. -- Jackie "NEED HELP" wrote: Ok, I cant upload the calendar because it returned an error and I cant find out what the error is. The Upload of Calendar Failed the server returned an error
I get this error msg after I hit send. "Error while preparing to send
sharing message. Server returned an error." As far as seeing the calendar on line, I'm afraid I don't know where to look, and the one person to whom I gave access hasn't been in for the last couple of days, so I can't check if he is getting my current calendar. When I first did it, he was able to bring up my calendar, but it only showed "busy". I changed that option, but then always got an error when it uploaded, so as of Wednesday, he was still just seeing busy. -- Jackie "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: are you getting the error before the email comes up or after you hit Send?
